KM Software Technician
In this interesting job you work in a hands on environment working with customer data, manipulating and customizing user interface screens in a manner that leverages your deep understanding of the library, archives, and records management business. You are exposed to all the areas of automation projects:

• Requirements definition
• User Interface configuration
• Installation and training
• Ongoing operation of the software

As the Eloquent software is entirely Web-based, most of the consulting is done with Web Conferencing from Eloquent System’s office in North Vancouver, BC, nestled against the majestic Coastal Mountain Range in BC’s Greater Vancouver basin. This location provides one of the best lifestyle locations in all of North America.

In addition to good written and verbal communication skills the position requires a technical aptitude and the ability to relay customer needs to the user interface.

Maturity and previous work experience is of value. You should be able to quickly recognize the workflow requirements of customers and show them how to use the advanced technology provided by Eloquent Systems to improve service to their clients.
