1. All hosted servers are protected by dedicated firewalls that are constantly monitored and updated. The firewalls provide the following security measures:
1. Network Address Translation (NAT)
2. Deep Packet Inspection and Stateful Packet Inspection
3. Gateway Anti-Virus monitoring
4. Gateway Spy-Ware Monitoring
5. Intrusion Detection and Intrusion Prevention
6. Content Filtering
2. The firewalls are configured to block all incoming and outgoing traffic unless strictly indicated in their configuration settings.
3. Administrative access to the firewalls are restricted to specific personnel at Compunet with proper clearance, experience and knowledge.
4. The security of the firewalls as well as the network is frequently evaluated by performing regular penetration testing and vulnerability assessments.
5. Changes to the firewall security rules must be requested by a senior security consultant at Eloquent Systems
6. Access to the servers is restricted to specific personnel of Eloquent Systems.
7. Each individual server is protected by an host-based anti-virus software.
8. The servers are backed up every night.
9. The communication between computers at Eloquent Systems and the hosted servers are protected and secured using a dedicated VPN connection.
10. Physical access to the servers are restricted only to authorised Eloquent Systems staff.
