As cases are completed and their files are no longer required in the office, they are sent to Central Filing. As each box is filled, the members of the Central Filing team describe the box and its contents within their Eloquent Records system, a Web-based solution that Eloquent Systems hosts on their behalf. Central Filing team members access the system using a simple browser and Internet connection.

Eloquent Records also allows Clark Wilson to track and organize documentation for compliance purposes. Each month, the Central Filing team produces a report through the Eloquent Records system listing the files that must be destroyed during that month.
