All Eloquent Applications are designed for easy custom tailoring. When done correctly, these enhancements will not disappear later when you update to a new version of the application.

You may use the services of the Eloquent consulting team to make the custom enhancement to your application or you may purchase the WebGENCAT development toolkit and do them yourself. We recommend that you use our services for any changes required in the initial phase. After using the product for a few months you are in a position to plan a second phase and possibly require custom tailoring at that time.

If you have application analysts with time to get trained on the WebGENCAT development tools they will easily make modifications to the applications. This may include changing or creating new data entry windows and the various output formats. An advanced toolkit is also available for adding to the database architecture. It gives you the ability to create new fields and tables.

The web-based design of the Eloquent applications make them very easy to modify and maintain without the cost going on site. If Eloquent is hosting your application the changes are done with little or no interruption. If you are hosting the application you need to access the server to install the changes. The downtime will be a matter of a few minutes. In either case, you will have the opportunity to review and approve the changes while they are still on our server.
