• Review a copy of data to be migrated
• Prepare a document mapping it field-by-field to the new software for your approval
• Import the sample data and make it available on our server for your secure review and approval
• Make changes to the software if required
• Quickly import the current copy of legacy data for live operation

Since the Eloquent applications are all web-based it is very cost-effective to complete the migration with the web and Internet tools. On rare occasions on consulting may be done on-site.

In addition to a detailed data map as an Excel spreadsheet you will get a portion of the database schematic which illustrates most of the tables and the primary data relationships for a fully integrated Eloquent Records and Archives database.
