Eloquent consultants customize training specific to the customer’s needs. The training is delivered on site in half-day increments or by Web Conference in two-hour sessions.

There are three levels of training: application operations, application administration, and WebGENCAT toolkit training. The training can be one-on-one or classroom style.

Eloquent is fully equipped to provide product training with Web Conferencing. Our instructor sets up a session of the Eloquent software (with your data if desirable) on our server. You log in as instructed and watch the demo at the convenience of your own desk. You listen to the instruction over the telephone and, if you have a speakerphone, other users may gather around your computer at the same time. Or, by arranging a voice conference as well as Web, your colleagues anywhere on the Internet may join in. You ask questions throughout the session and can even take over control of the keyboard.

The Web training is done in two-hour sessions that are easily schedule as required. It will be more effective because you quickly put it into practice. Your productivity is improved as you learn to use the products more effectively.
